[Dsg-rich] stainless steel RICH cooling manifolds

Hello Marc, 

Do we have a second stainless steel pipe on hand to make another RICH cooling manifold? Marco and Dario want to be able to do a preliminary cooling test with two manifolds on the electronic panel. 

Also, do we know when we will receive the PVC-coated pipe for the final manifold? If it in the next few days, we could wait to make the manifold out of that.
