[Dsg-rich] Shipping for two RICH mirrors from ECI in PA to JLab

Hello Mike, 




On Monday October 10, 2017, we will have two RICH spherical mirrors ready for their final shipping from ECI in Pennsylvania to JLab. 




I have submitted the shipping authorization for the two mirrors and I can see Danny Lloyd has already signed it. 




The mirrors will most likely be packed in one handling unit weighing ~50 lbs with dimensions 27" X 29" X 40". If these details change, I will notify you as soon as possible. 








Soon after this shipment, we will have two more shipments to arrange. There will be two shipments of four mirrors each. The first will be ready for pickup 10/20/2017. The second will be ready 10/27/2017. Once we know how these shipments will be packed, I'll fill out the shipping authorization form for them.
