[Dsg-rich] adding additonal tables to and arranging EEL 124 clean room for RICH assembly.

Hello Marco Mirazita and Marco Contalbrigo, 

It was mentioned in the RICH meeting last Friday that we will need to rearrange EEL 124 cleanroom and move tables into the clean room for RICH assembly. 

Could you tell us what we need to add to the clean room and how the space should be arranged?
