[Dsg-rich] RICH mirror shipment cost estimate

Hello Mike, 

INFN is nearing the end of their fiscal year (see Marco's email below) and were wondering if they could get an estimate on the last shipments we have to arrange for the RICH spherical mirrors. 

We have already completed the two below: 
- 6 mirrors from CMA to ECI (shipping authorization #69301) 
- 4 mirrors from CMA to ECI (shipping authorization #70446) 

We are in the process of arranging or planning the three below: 
- 2 mirrors from ECI to JLab (expected to ship 10/10/17, shipping authorization #70602) 
- 4 mirrors from ECI to JLab (expected to ship 10/20/17) 
- 4 mirrors from ECI to JLab (expected to ship 10/27/17 ) 

Would you be able to give us the cost of the two shipments we have already arranged and then an estimate for the three upcoming shipments?

Hi Tyler, 
since the end of INFN fiscal year is approaching, I would like to make 
an estimate of how much money I have to secure for the shipments we did 
or we are going to do. 
The last shipments I have already payed are: 
- shipment of 10 spherical mirrors from CMA to ECI 
- shipment of 8 spherical mirrors from ECI to CMA for resurfacing 
- shipment of the spherical mirrors 3&4 from JLab to CMA for resurfacing 

Then, we should have ongoing: 
- shipment of 6 spherical mirrors from CMA to ECI for coating 
- shipment of 4 spherical mirrors from CMA to ECI for coating 

and in the next weeks: 
- shipment of 2 spherical mirrors from ECI to JLab 
- shipment of 4 spherical mirrors from ECI to JLab 
- shipment of 4 spherical mirrors from ECI to JLab 

Am I missing something? And can you make an estimate of what will be the 
cost of the ongoing and next shipments?
