Nitrogen flow increased to ~15 SLM - At Dario's request, we have increased the nitrogen flow from 3.5 SLM to ~15 SLM.

We swapped out the empty LN2 dewar in EEL/125 for the gas panel with a full one.

Tyler set the flow to ~3.5 SLM in preparation for the upcoming leak test, but has valved it off so that Dario can finish preparations.
