[Dsg-rich] pressure systems safety awareness training required for RICH gas system

Hello, 

As Brian mentioned last Friday, collaborators need to have pressure systems safety awareness training to be able to operate the RICH gas panel and compressor. If collaborators do not have the training, they cannot operate the valves and need to have someone from DSG to do it for them.
