[Dsg-rich] DC trolley to EEL?

Hello Walt, 

For a load test for RICH, we will need the DC trolley currently stored outside of the ESB bought to the EEL building. 

Could the trolley be brought to the EEL as soon as possible and then temporarily stored outside? 

The trolley would then be readily available for the load test and also would not take up the already limited space inside EEL 125. 

Please let us know.
