[Dsg-rich] Dry tent

Hi Jen,

We are working with INFN on the RICH detector, and we need a large
storage area to house some panels  which will have Aerogel blocks
assembled on them. Aerogel absorbs moisture, which ruins the property of
the material. Typically, small Aerogel would be stored in a dry box, but
once it is installed on a panel it becomes too large.

The proposed solve for the storage of the panels of Aerogel is a
temporary plastic greenhouse (see link), we would tape it to the floor
of the cleanroom and install a drybox to dehumidify the area to less
than 1% RH. The large cleanroom is typically 50% RH. Are there any
safety procedures we would need to follow or safety documents which
would be needed prior to assembling this greenhouse.
