[Dsg-rich] [New Logentry] N2 Panel Flow

Attached is an image of the the maximum flow we were able to get out of the HP LN2 dewar with the following settings:

- dewar regulator set to 60 psi
- panel regulator set as high as it could go
- both rotameters fully open

- N2 #1 connected to the e-panel (black tube / top)
- N2 #2 connected to at least 100 ft of 1/4" tubing open to atmosphere (white tube / bottom)

The MFM are 0-20 slm units and 24.8 is the maximum number displayed, which doesn't agree with the rotameter values.
