[Dsg-rich] able to turn off RICH hardware interlock cRIO?

Hello, 

Are there currently any tests running of RICH electronics to where the hardware interlock cRIO should not be turned off? 

We need to install the cRIO chassis's override switch and the cRIO's interface to the CAEN crate needs to be removed for few minutes.
