[Dsg-rich] Auxillary Nitrogen supply for RICH

Hi Matt,

Tyler and I would like to meet with you to discuss an Accepted Pressure 
System for the RICH using high pressure gas bottles.

Essentially, we will need to perform a rapid purge for the 5000L volume 
of the detector. The current max flow from the gas panel is (40slm), a 
proposed temporary system using a 200slm MFC could do that in 1/5 of the 
time. The same system could be used to support the detector during 
transport.

I will contact you Monday after your vacation to discuss the proposed setup.
