[Dsg-rich] Dry Tent

Hi Tim, 

We may have the dry tent assembled by Monday, if so I'd like to give you a call so you can come over and check it out for us. The structure will be approximately 5 x 13 (slightly less to stay within the regulation), and will be made from FR plastic and unistrut.
