[Dsg-rich] ECI packaging for INFN RICH Mirrors - Let's discuss/confirm together?

Dear Marco,

Thank you for your input.  CMA sent/sending optics in two larger shipments, and ECI returning coated optics in three smaller shipments.  As instructed, we will re-use packaging, pallets, etc., basically the same way as received from CMA for the two shipments of four coated mirrors, per your instructions.

For the first shipment of two coated mirrors we will re-use same internal, individual boxes for the mirrors as they are received in from CMA.  ECI will package the two individual boxes in larger, new appropriately sized box supplied by ECI, then place on pallet of appropriate size, supplied by ECI, unless requested otherwise by INFN and JLab. We just thought it best to touch base with Tyler to give him the opportunity to discuss any preferences or limitations he may know about regarding over-all box and pallet size details for his planned mode of transport plus receiving dept. (?)

let me only mention CMA is supposed to provide a proper package that can be reused by ECI after coating. Is it not the case ?
