[Dsg-rich] Schedule RICH stiffening tool load test

Hi Doug,
the theoretical test weight is 1400 lb, I say theoretical because I knew 
only the CAD weight of the cart.
All the informations you need are on page 22 of the attached report.
I recommend to use a scale or a dynamometer to measure the total weight 
at the hoist point; it must not exceed 1635 daN.
In conclusion feel free to adjust the mass of the test weight however 
check the weight at the hoist point is not greather than 1635 daN.
