[Dsg-rich] Hall B - RICH Experiment - Air compressor condensate drain piping - Cost to install

I have been able to identify areas where costs can be reduced. My latest estimated installed price using a Facilities subcontractor has been reduced from the original $12,344 to to $8977. If this estimate is deemed acceptable I will go the next step which is a design review by the user, Facilities, and ES&H. 

Please advise if I should proceed with this next step.

Attached are two (2) PDF's showing what is proposed. What are you suggesting we change? 

P.S. The estimated cost to do what is shown on the attached PDF's is: 

Materials: $1671.69(includes contractor contractor mark up of 21%) 
Labor using outside contractor: $7305.36. We may be able to reduce this by $1317.36 depending upon if we can let the contractor work continuously without interruptions. 

Your thoughts??

Can we just run a line to the drip tray of an air handler on the next level down? Or run a very long hose down to the floor where it can be directed into a floor drain?

I do not know what any sort of budget would be to install the drain for the RICH air cooling compressors in Hall B. 

In July 2017 as discussed with Walt Akers and Carroll Jones, I submitted the work request to have some sort of drain installed in Hall B for the RICH compressors' condensate. 

We just need some way to direct the condensate ejected from the compressor so it doesn't drip down from the top of the forward carriage. The drain could just be a simple line running from the compressors to the drain on the floor.
