[Dsg-rich] lower RICH frontal panel and planar mirror test fit complete

Hello, 

Today, Mindy, Marco Mirazita, and I completed the test fit of the lower RICH frontal panel and planar mirror. Attached are photos from the assembly. 

After the assembly was complete, the mirror and frontal panel were dismounted and stored in the DSG small cleanroom.
