[Dsg-rich] Updated drawings for R&G

Hi Marc,
Attached the updated drawings with the missing dimensions requested by R & G.

The drawings are:
Tool Load Test - Sheets 6/17 and 16/17
Strongback RICH Interface Parts - Sheets 3/5 and 5/5

As usual, also all the drawings related to the groups of the updated ones have been updated regarding revision number and date of revision.

At the same time I send the drawings to Bob , for the review. 
Thinking that could be usefull, I tattached also the pictures sent by R&G related to the requested dimensions.
