[Dsg-rich] Updated drawings for R&G

Hi Bob,

Please let us know if the changes are approved. We are going to the shop 
tomorrow to discuss them and get final delivery scheduled. After the 
parts are delivered, Hall B can schedule the load test of the Stiffening 
Tool.
