[Dsg-rich] Reflectivity test station moved into EEL 121 cleanroom

Hello, 

Today, DSG completed the move of the reflectivity test station from EEL 108A to EEL 121 small clean room. Attached is a picture of the test station in EEL 121. 

Since the darkbox is not needed, it has been removed and left in EEL 108A.
