[Dsg-rich] Update to the Trolley Parts

hello dario, 
please send the latest version of files to marc, independent of whether bob was sent a copy or not.

you should have the same version sent to bob, and shouldn't have to wait for bob to send it to you . 
this way, independent of bob, brian and you could look over the drawings; albeit bob is the official approver. 
its good to have more pairs of eyes going over this document 
are you trying to help dario save cyber-ink?

I am not sure if you intended to send the attachment. There was not an attachment on your last email. If you already sent them to Bob, he can just send it to me when it is approved.

I added a PPoint file were is highlighted an example of the “Revision and Date Update” on my drawings. 




In the previous transmission of drawings: 

    * I did’t send the drawings 4_8 and 7_8 because any modification have been done. 
    * A date of the update has been added on the title block of the drawings 
    * A date of the update has been added at the title of the files. 



Anyway, sorry and I hope that this time is the right time.

Hi Dario, 

We have looked into the issue with the drawings for the Trolley parts. It looks like the drawings have been corrected however Jlab has sent the shop drawings on multiple occasions.

2. Procurement Quote 

3. Final 

4. Revised Trolley parts (partial set) 

The Trolley part set should be combined with the revised Trolley parts and reissued as a set. When the set is done all pages should have the revision section of the title block updated. For instance (Rev. 5), once done Bob can check the drawings and let me know and I will ask GandR to throw out all the old drawings and only used the new revision set.

GandR just called and requested that you review the Trolley parts drawings. Sheet 3_8 and 6_8 of the updated drawings have hole spacings on the I-beam of 2.3 inches but the lateral and central counterplates on 4_8 and 7_8 were not adjusted. So the drawing has them at 2.5 inches. 

Please review the drawings and communicate changes with Bob Miller.

After you approve of the changes please let me know and I will forward the info to the shop and tell them to proceed. Currently, they are holding on the Trolley parts.
