[Dsg-rich] RICH air cooling pressure system update - Supply Lines and Internal Air Distribution Manifolds

Hi Jeorge,

you mentioned the two 10 mm ID internal supply lines and distribution 
manifolds internal to the detector, unfortunately the OD for these lines 
is 10 mm and not the ID.
