[Dsg-rich] RICH Air Cooling meeting minutes

Dear Amrit,
although I was also tempted to assemble the aerogel in the
better controlled small clean room I agree with what you say:
let's wait and assemble it in the big clean room. I see not 
real conflict with SVT, as I am going to explain in the
