[Dsg-rich] RICH detector health report

Hi Tyler, 

Thank you very much fo the RICH report. It is really very interesting. I have a request for the further analysis. 
It will be very helpful if you will provide the recommended setting of the temperature (EP panel), 
air flow and air pressure alarm limits. These limits have to be as strong as possible from one side 
but don't provide frequent false alarms due to the day/night variations of the temperature or other reasons from the other side. 

We got today high fpga temperature alarm at 4:30 AM. It was a glitch in the fpga temperature measurements. The real reason for the glitch is not known. I saw it at my home screen monitor but did not find it later in the mya history. 
I am taking these alarms very seriously and want to improve the robustness of the hardware alarms. 

Please let me know if you can provide for us this information.
