[Dsg-rich] IP address change for RICH hardware interlock cRIOs

Hello Sergey and Wesley, 

We have two cRIOs that will be moved from EEL to Hall B today so they need new IP addresses assigned. 

The cRIOs are currently powered in EEL 124, but they can be turned off if needed to change the IP addresses. 

The cRIOs are: 
1.) RICHCRIO, 129.57.86.45 
2.) RICHCRIOS1EP, 129.57.86.47 

Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
