Hello,

Changes to the RICH hardware interlock system are complete and the cRIOs are up and running as normal.

Yesterday and today we made a few additions and changes for the RICH hardware interlock cRIO.

Hardware Changes:
1.) George installed the Easidew moisture transducer on the N2 exhaust line. Transducer will measure water concentration in N2 exhaust in parts-per-million. Sensor range is 0 - 3000 ppm.

2.) George, Marc and I changed the N2 exhaust to utilize both exhaust ports on RICH. Previously, only one was used and the second was blanked off.

3.) Additional 24 V terminal blocks added to N2 cRIO chassis for powering of Easidew moisture transducer.

4.) Easidew moisture transducer wired to N2 cRIO current input module (Mod7, Ch 3).

Software Changes:
1.) N2 cRIO and EP cRIO software/firmware and hardware interlock programs updated to LabVIEW 2018.

2.) Easidew moisture transducer LabVIEW program and cRIO's EPICS client. Presently, the transducer is measuring ~65 ppm of water in the N2 exhaust. From an online calculator, this is ~ 0.25 % Relative Humidity.

3.) Nitrogen panel supply pressure transducer added to N2 cRIO LabVIEW program and cRIO's EPICS client. The pressure transducer is not yet wired to cRIO, but it was added to the LabVIEW program at this time.

We will update the EPICS screens to display the new sensors soon after they are added to the softIOC.

Until then, the sensors can be monitored on the N2 cRIO's LabVIEW User Interface or the NI Distributed System Manager.

Best regards,
Tyler
