Hi Valery,
We're going to start the changes to the hardware interlock system shortly.
I will turn off HV and LV soon.
Logbook entries will be made and follow-up emails will be sent noting the changes to the system.
Best regards,
Tyler

Hi Tyler,
You can turn OFF HV and LV using slow control GUI just in case.

Hi Valery,
Thank you for your reply.
We'll plan to update the LabVIEW and, if needed, power off the cRIO chassis tomorrow morning.
Should HV/LV be turned off before starting the hardware interlock changes?
Beset regards,
Tyler

Hello Tyler,
The HV and LV of the detector are ON. As for my knowledge there are no plans to take some calibration data tomorrow. Just let me know when you will start and finish.
regards,
Valery

Hello Valery and Marco Contalbrigo,
This afternoon, we are planning to install the moisture transducer on the RICH N2 exhaust. N2 Flow to RICH will not be interrupted.
To read the transducer on the cRIO, we may need to power the cRIO chassis down to wire the sensor to the 24 V supply.
We will also need to modify the hardware interlock LabVIEW program on the cRIO to read out the sensor.
Are there any presently ongoing RICH tests? We would like to make the necessary software and wiring changes tomorrow.
Best regards,
Tyler
