[Dsg-rich] RICH N2 volume cRIO to be powered off/rebooted to install differential pressure transducer

Hello, 

Today Amanda, Pablo, Marc, and I ran the cable for the two differential pressure transducers to measure pressure differential between RICH N2 volume and EP and also between N2 volume and atmosphere. 

To be able to safely complete the installation of the transducers in the cRIO crate, we need to power off the crate. 

There was a logbook entry stating HV has been turned off, but we can see LV is still on. We will use the hardware interlock system's override switch so LV should not be disabled.
