[Dsg-rich] RICH FPGA temp and scaler PVs disconnected

Hi Marco,
We rebooted the IOC (both soft and hard reboot).
All indicators are still disconnected after the reboot.
Is there anything else that would be causing this problem besides an IOC issue?

thank you for noticing.
Yes, the ioc can be rebooted without stopping the data taking.
I wonder if the shift takers did get an alarm from epics for that.
