[Dsg-rich] planned power outtage in Hall B

Hi Marco,

On Thursday 5/17,  there is a planned outage of the clean power for hall 
b. The outage will last from 5pm on the 17th and last for 8 hours. 
During this period of time the RICH interlocks cRIO will loose power. 
This will only affect the monitoring of the system, the N2 supply is 
_*not*_ dependent on power and will remain continuous during this 
period. However, there will be a gap in monitored values during the loss 
of power.

will address them.
