[Dsg-rich] N2 bottles on top deck of forward carriage for emergency RICH N2 supply?

Hello Bob, 

For an emergency nitrogen supply for RICH, DSG wants to put three or four ultra-high purity nitrogen bottles on the top deck on the forward carriage. 

If we have the bottles on hand, is all that needs to be done is find space and a way to secure them on the top deck?
