with regards to tyler's e-mails, my comment is that you discuss these issues with bob and nathan sooner rather than later. 


    1. 

tyler will contact nathan and request him to add the humidity readings in the epics alarm handler so that the notifications are sent to hallb engineering on call. the question is to whom? bob is the person to to whom the question should be addressed. 
    2. 

should the alarm level be @ 3% on any one of the sensors or should a certain number of sensors register humidity of 3%, say 5. 
    3. 

with regards to the valve panel, the additional nitrogen line, and the extra UHP N2 cylinders that could be stored on the top deck for an emergency, again bob is the person with whom the matter should be discussed
