[Dsg-rich] RICH survey data

Hello Marco Mirazita, 

Kelly Tremblay of Survey Group (he is cc'd) has been working on the RICH survey data and has questions on what is needed in the survey report. His email is below in blue. 

He needs to know whether you all require the points or the plane rotational data from the survey in the hall relative to the 12GeV target center.

Hi Tyler, 
I need some clarification about what you are looking for in a report. The alignment crew located the planes with the detector. I've translated these mirrors to the as located in the hall, relative to the 12GeV Hall B target center. I can either give you the points or the plane rotational data. Not sure what the INFN folks require.
