[Dsg-rich] EP cRIO will be rebooted to test EPICS connection from boot

Hello, 

The EP cRIO was rebooted three times this morning over ten minutes. 

There were no issues connecting back to EPICS after each reboot. 

Next, at Brian's suggestion, we'll try replacing the network cable of the N2 cRIO. The gas system had EPICS issues at one point and replacing a bad network cable fixed the issue, so hopefully it will fix the issues for N2 cRIO.

This morning, RICH's EP cRIO will be rebooted a few times to see if the same EPICS issues happen with the EP cRIO that happened yesterday with the N2 cRIO. 

After the reboots, the EP cRIO PVs may not be published to EPICS for a while until the issue is debugged.
