[Dsg-rich] RICH status

Hi Marco, 

Before turning off the RICH compressor today, we want to perform a two tests: 

First, we want to see whether the airflow can be made more steady by adjusting the air cooling panel's regulator while keeping the same flow level. This should isolate the airflow more from the compressor's on-off cycle. 

The second test is to see the maximum airflow capable from one outlet of the air cooling panel. This would tell us more about the cooling capabilities we have for the existing system and whether we could potentially run the current system for two RICH sectors. 

We will send the results of these tests when they are complete.

I made today a new set of calibration runs, see

The HV and LV are off. 
The compressor can now be turned off.
