Since you are system owner for RICH's nitrogen system, you would have to find and request a design authority to look at the upgraded nitrogen panel.

In the drawing, the upgraded panel contains everything from MV1 to N2-MFM1 and N2-MFM2. Ideally, we want to use the full flow capabilities of the panel 

Is there any other information required to get the valve panel approved for installation in Hall B?
