[Dsg-rich] upgraded RICH nitrogen panel specs

Hello Bob, 

Attached is the drawing of the upgrade and an Excel sheet of all components for the upgraded RICH nitrogen valve panel. 

In the drawing, the upgraded panel contains everything from MV1 to N2-MFM1 and N2-MFM2. Ideally, we want to use the full flow capabilities of the panel 

Is there any other information required to get the valve panel approved for installation in Hall B?
