[Dsg-rich] New RICH recovery procedure button

Hello Valery, 

I saw your logbook entry saying there is a new button on the RICH clascss overview screen that allows for a one-click recovery if there is an alarm from missing tiles. 

What actions are taken when the recovery button is clicked?
