[Dsg-rich] disconnected RICH N2 backup manifold banks

Looking at the photos I took, I did not see any labels on the valves- 
something which should probably be corrected at some point. 
functionally, there is no difference between connection at MV4 and MV1, 
although you should be able to physically "walk down"  the P&I diagram- 
it should be an accurate map.
