To help keep track of compressor health, I wrote a program to look at all of the Compressor 2's on-off cycles to get a baseline on how the compressor "saw-tooth" pattern should look with respect to timing.

Data was looked at for the RICH cooling system's buffer tank from 2019-10-09 10:28:10 to 2019-10-10 09:59:10 (23.52 hours).

Time between compressor starting a cycle to the start of the next cycle:

Average cycle time = 23.62 +/- 1.76 min

Max cycle time = 29.48 min

Min cycle time = 20.6 min

Time Compressor is running during cycle:

Average time on = 20.89 +/- 1.66 min

Max time on = 25.92 min

Min time on = 18.27 min

Time Compressor is NOT running during cycle:

Average time off = 2.73 +/- 0.54 min

Max time off = 4.01 min

Min time off = 1.98 min

Duty Cycle [% of cycle the compressor is running]:

88.46 %
