[Dsg-rich] Course of action for malfunctioning RICH Compressor 1

Hello,

After discussion, since Compressor 1 is malfunctioning, we think it would be best that the compressor be removed from Hall B and placed someplace more accessible, like EEL 125.

If the compressor is moved, an Atlas Copco technician can come, inspect the compressor, and make any necessary repairs.
