[Dsg-rich] RICH prototype mirror reflectivity test progress

Hello,

This morning we completed one reflectivity measurement of the prototype mirror in an area close to its center. We repurposed the linear stages from the RICH spherical mirror test station to be able to hold the prototype mirror so the mirror can be easily moved to measure multiple spots. Attached are photos of the test station and a location of the spot on the mirror. The spot tested is pointed to by the yellow arrow.

Also, attached is an Excel document containing the raw data and results. The mirror had an overall reflectivity of ~83%.

This afternoon, we'll continue to test different areas on the mirror, being sure to test areas with visible faults.

Hello,

We have set up the reflectivity test station to test the prototype mirror Dr. Rossi gave us yesterday.

We are in the process of verifying the test station using a reference mirror. We will then test the prototype mirror.

Attached is a photo of the mirror after we received it. A sheet of black paper was held over it to highlight any scratches or voids while taking the photo.
