Hi Bob,

In this morning's meeting with Hall B and RICH collaborators, you said Hall B will be taking care of the design and that you would start working on it more in September after the next physics run has started.

You also mentioned that DSG would only need to provide the monitoring for it.

Do you have any preliminary instrumentation selections made?

We're finalizing what we need for the hardware interlocks and part of that is the gas system monitoring. We would need to know the quantity and type of each instrumentation, whether the instrument has a voltage or current readout, and the range of the instruments' readout.

If we can get this info sooner rather than later, we can be sure to have the hardware interlock system ready for when they need it in the EEL.
