[dsg-hallb_rich] Name for second RICH sector?

Hello Marco Mirazita and Marco Contalbrigo,

We are starting development of software for the next RICH sector's hardware interlock system.

Before we get too far in declaring variables for EPICS, what is the new RICH sector going to be called?

I've seen/heard it called "RICH-II", will this be the official name? Should any EPICS variables we have use this designator?
