Hi Marco,
I was able to go into the lab today and check those two aerogel tiles.
Tile 446F1 matches the photo you had from the manufacturer and the corner looks to be about the same as before it was shipped.
Tile 445f37 did indeed have a new crack that has caused one of corners to completely chip off. The corner looks very similar in appearance to the corner on 446f1.
Attached is a new photo of tile 445f37 in the same position as your pre-shipping photo. In the new photo I am pointing to the piece that has chipped off of the damaged corner. The broken-off piece sort of looks like a cloudy blue haze abouve my finger.

Hi Tyler,
I attached two pictures taken before the shipment.
The tile 446f1 already had one corner a bit damaged. From your picture
is hard to judge, can you say if there has been any worsening during the
transportation?
In the tile 445f37 instead before the shipment I just see some issue in
the upper part of the right side, but nothing really significant at the
corners. So the crack did happen during the transportation. If I
understand, it is in the bottom left corner of the picture 445f37.jpg,
is it right?
Marco
