[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] patch panels for RICH module 2

Dear Chris and Tyler,
I have uploaded in our wiki page the complete drawings of the RICH 1 
patch panels, see here:
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/RICH_Construction
and scroll down to the section "Patch panels drawings and photos".
I would ask you to check once again number and size of the holes for the 
connectors as soon as possible so that we can go on with the production.
Please note that the HV and sensor connectors were mounted on separate 
smaller panels installed on the two main panels.
