[dsg-hallb_rich] [EXTERNAL] patch panels for RICH module 2

Hello Chris,
we are in the process of asking a quotation for the RICH patch panels 
and we want to be sure of the tolerance we can accept.
Do you have a number for the holes on the LV PCBs? I guess they are very 
precise, much more than what we need to ask for the corresponding holes 
on the panels.
