[dsg-hallb_rich] Shipping spherical mirrors to JLab

Hi Marco Mirazita,

In last Friday's collaborator meeting, it was mentioned that we may need to have the mirrors shipped from CMA to JLab to run d0 tests on the remaining eight mirrors.

If this is the case, who will be arranging the shipment?

Since it would be ideal to get the mirrors sooner rather than later, it might be better if someone outside of JLab (like INFN or CMA) arrange the shipment to hopefully avoid any delays with the JLab requirement for multiple shipping quotes.

If I should still be the one to arrange the shipment of the mirrors, I will need the information on how the mirrors are packaged (dimensions, weight, number of packages) as soon as possible. For mirror 5 and 5C, getting this info was the main hold up in getting the mirrors to JLab.
