Hi Tayler,

attached there is a photo to help in the explanation.

The rich detector  must be always rotated using the stiffening tool to 
avoid unwanted deformation of the shell especially after the mirror 
integration and alignment.

The rotation must be performed  by means of the gantry crane and the 
winch is there just for safety and for the final adjustment.
