[dsg-hallb_rich] Panel orientation during aerogel installation?

Hi Marco Mirazita, Sandro, and Dario,

During the aerogel installation on to the panels, will the panels be horizontal or resting on the assembly carts?

Last time, the panels were on the assembly cart, but I remember you all mentioning that it may be better to install the aerogel while the panel is horizontal.

This would determine the dimensions of the tent that gets set up for the dry tent for the installation.
