[dsg-hallb_rich] RICH-2 hardware interlock system moved to Hall B

Hi,

The RICH-2 hardware interlock system has been moved to Hall B.

The chassis is on Forward Carriage, Level 3, rack C3-4. This is the same rack as the RICH-1 interlock system chassis.

Mindy ran the cables from the rack to the corner of that level where they can be easily dropped down once RICH-2 is fully installed.

This afternoon we also ran two 100-ft cables to be able to read the detector's internal humidity at two locations.

These locations are #15 and #19 in the nitrogen volume. However, because of how the temporary cables were connected #15 correspond to temperature/humidity 1 and 2 and #19 corresponds to t/h 3 and 4.

Currently the humidity inside is ~6%. With the nitrogen purge also connected, this should easily be maintained overnight until the installation is started again.
